Shipping & REFUND POLICY
Mycology apprentice ships within Canada only.
Standard shipping is typically 2-3 business days (business days do not include holidays, Saturday, or Sunday).
Mycology apprentice is not responsible for seasonal delays.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Mycology within 30 days with proof of purchase and your contact details.
Once your refund request has been received and approved, you are required to return the product at your own expense.
Steps to initiate a return:
- Notify Mycology immediately of your desire to return a product by email. Please include the purchaser’s full name, order number, invoice date, and reason for the return.
- Mycology will review your request and if approved, will provide an authorization number and address for the return.
- Returns must clearly identify the authorization number within the return package.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund, less the original shipping charges using the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
Note: Refunds are for products and applicable taxes; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
